CPS Performance and Rewards Specialist

What you will do

• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management requests in Workday and ServiceNow.
• Review requests for completeness, eligibility, and supporthirify.global documentation.
• Generate ad hoc reports, process scheduled tasks, and manage cases against SLA and KPI targets.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders, escalathirify.global critical issues when required.
• Maintain workplace instructions, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
• Support governance, compliance, new-hire trainhirify.global, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related HR function.
• Experience in BPO or shared services environments.
• Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solvhirify.global abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintainhirify.global privacy, confidentiality, and security standards.
