Principal Project Management - IT Systems (Program Manager)

What you will do

• Plan and execute engineering and infrastructure programs in alignment with IT strategy, standards, governance, and architecture.
• Define program scope, success metrics, milestones, dependencies, risks, requirements, and service-level expectations with Engineering and Design leaders.
• Lead kickoffs, status meetings, governance reviews, retrospectives, and maintain roadmaps, RAID logs, decision logs, and action trackers.
• Coordinate delivery across network, compute, storage, identity, endpoint, collaboration, and cloud infrastructure domains.
• Track multiple workstreams, manage trade-offs and escalations, and drive timely decisions through dashboards and clear communication.
• Promote security, compliance, reliability, supportability, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT program or project management, engineering operations, or technical project management supporting engineering or design organizations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Strong technical fluency across IT infrastructure and engineering/design workflows, with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience building scalable intake, planning, tracking, change-control, and retrospective processes and using data to improve delivery.
• Proven ability to collaborate with, lead, and influence multiple teams at different levels.

Nice to have

• Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
