Program Manager (AI-Enabled Delivery)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery performance across one or more client programmes, including timelines, quality, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead offshore project management teams and coordinate execution with Client Services across distributed delivery environments.
• Design and improve scalable operating models, project infrastructure, workflows, documentation, reporting, and approval processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate, augment, or resequence delivery activities using AI-enabled tools and agentic workflows.
• Oversee revenue forecasting, delivery efficiency, budget adherence, financial tracking, and commercial risk escalation.
• Mentor Project Managers and Senior Project Managers while establishing consistent PMO standards and accountability.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of senior project or programme management experience in an agency or scaled delivery environment.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programmes across distributed teams.
• Strong operational, stakeholder, risk, escalation, and financial management capabilities.
• Experience working with or integrating AI-enabled tools into delivery workflows.
• Ability to lead teams where AI agents are part of the delivery ecosystem, including directing outputs and assessing quality.
• Experience with project management and PMO systems such as Wrike, Mysheets, and delivery or finance platforms.
