Senior Program Manager Professional Services (AI)

Salary: $151,200–$265,800 per year, with possible commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead large, complex enterprise transformation programs from strategy and governance through execution and measurable customer outcomes.
• Own scope, schedule, quality, financial performance, customer satisfaction, organizational change, and contractual commitments across multi-year initiatives.
• Align customer executives, hirify.global leaders, delivery teams, partners, and vendors while resolving critical delivery, commercial, and contractual challenges.
• Run executive governance meetings, steering committees, and business reviews covering program health, financial performance, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Lead adoption and organizational change initiatives involving hirify.global Cloud, AI, automation, analytics, integrations, and customer experience capabilities.
• Mentor Project Managers and Program Managers and turn lessons from strategic engagements into scalable governance, methodologies, and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years leading complex enterprise technology implementations, transformation initiatives, and strategic programs.
• Experience managing global, multi-million-dollar, multi-year programs with multiple workstreams and significant executive visibility.
• Strong expertise in program governance, strategic planning, financial management, risk management, organizational change, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, strategic partners, vendors, outsourced delivery organizations, and geographically distributed teams.
• PMP certification, experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent advanced certification.
• Experience with cloud transformation, CCaaS implementation, contact center modernization, or cloud migration programs.
• Knowledge of CRM, artificial intelligence, WFM, WEM, analytics, APIs, automation, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with hirify.global Cloud or comparable enterprise cloud platforms and customer value realization programs.
• Current passport.
