Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Senior Manager (Oncology)

What you will do

• Implement HEOR strategy for one or more assets across the lifecycle in alignment with the Access Strategy Lead.
• Generate payer-relevant evidence, patient-reported outcomes, clinical outcomes assessment strategies, and evidence synthesis.
• Deliver global materials for Health Technology Assessment submissions, including Global Value Dossiers and economic models.
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete deliverables through HEOR project plans.
• Coordinate with top-10 countries, including the United States, and cross-functional evidence, medical affairs, biostatistics, marketing, and access teams.
• Engage vendors and external experts to validate HEOR strategy and technical approaches while ensuring dossier governance compliance.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of HEOR experience, or master's degree and 4 years, bachelor's degree and 6 years, associate's degree and 10 years, or high school diploma/GED and 12 years of HEOR experience.
• Experience developing payer-relevant evidence, including real-world evidence.
• Experience designing patient-reported outcomes and clinical outcomes assessment strategies.
• Experience with evidence synthesis, including systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, and meta-analyses.
• Strategic and technical understanding of HTA requirements, including Global Value Dossiers and AMCP dossiers.
• Experience developing economic models, predictive analytics, research protocols, and publications.

Nice to have

• Health economics training through academic study or professional experience.
• Experience influencing Access strategy through a HEOR perspective.
• Experience in the United States market.
