Senior Product Manager I (Enterprise Jobs/Scheduling)

Salary: $128,000–$161,000 USD per year, depending on skills, experience, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy for enterprise jobs and scheduling.
• Research markets, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations to validate solutions and deliver scalable customer experiences.
• Own roadmap development, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and execution with distributed engineering teams.
• Establish KPIs, adoption metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure product health and business impact.
• Lead launches, monitor post-launch usage, and apply AI tools and automation to improve delivery efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning initiatives from concept through launch.
• Experience working with large enterprise organizations and complex functional requirements.
• Strong expertise in product strategy, agile development, product lifecycle management, and user experience principles.
• Experience with product analytics and growth platforms such as Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly, or comparable tools.
• Ability to use AI tools and automation, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and operate strategically and tactically in ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience, with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
