Senior Product Manager I (Enterprise Jobs/Scheduling)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $128,000–$161,000 annually plus equity

What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy for enterprise jobs and scheduling, aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and synthesize customer feedback to set product priorities.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Strategy, Sales, and Operations to validate, build, launch, and improve product solutions.
• Own roadmap development, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and execution with distributed engineering teams.
• Establish KPIs, adoption metrics, and reporting frameworks; monitor usage data and iterate after launch.
• Improve team efficiency and output quality through AI tools and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Track record of leading high-impact product initiatives from concept through launch.
• Experience with large enterprise organizations and complex functional requirements.
• Expertise in agile development, product strategy, product lifecycle management, and user experience principles.
• Experience with product analytics and growth tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Braze, or LaunchDarkly.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
