What you will do

• Manage end-to-end export handling of ocean freight shipments following local SOPs and SLAs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for shippers, clients, and internal teams for escalations.
• Recommend supply chain solutions to account management teams to support client growth.
• Monitor and improve operational performance metrics to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with regional management and product teams to iterate on operational procedures.
• Contribute to team expansion and mentor junior talent in the Qingdao office.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or ocean carrier operations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a structured, process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service focus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and navigate ambiguous operational challenges.
• Must be based in Qingdao, China.
