What you will do

• Manage end-to-end shipment processes including booking, documentation (MAWB/HAWB), and system data entry.
• Coordinate daily with airlines, trucking partners, terminals, and internal customs teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle client invoicing and verify incoming invoices from sub-contractors for accuracy.
• Provide proactive customer service by managing inquiries, claims, and shipment updates.
• Maintain high data quality in hirify.global systems to meet operational KPIs.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in air or ocean operations within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Fluent Japanese (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn global supply chain operations.
• Flexibility to work on weekends as required.
