What you will do

• Coordinate daily shipment assignments and operations with internal stakeholders and local carrier partners.
• Manage FMT (internal tool) data including allocations, sailing schedules, and cut-off dates to assign shipment schedules.
• Conduct data analysis on utilization and forecasts versus allocation to secure space for clients.
• Develop local carrier relationships, collect market intelligence, and monitor performance metrics.
• Execute pre-bookings, manage hard allocations, and resolve operational exceptions based on agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with tech and engineering teams to automate functions and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with a strong academic record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a startup, top consulting firm, NVOCC pricing/procurement, or supply-chain role.
• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume inbox.
• Experience with Transpacific trade is a significant plus.
