What you will do

• Execute booking and documentation processes with clients and carriers.
• Troubleshoot shipment issues and manage exception escalations.
• Collaborate with account management and planning teams to ensure effective export processes.
• Coach junior specialists on daily operational tasks.
• Plan and execute special freight operations including DG and reefer cargo.
• Contribute to the development of new procedures and system capabilities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or ocean carrier operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
• Ability to support internal and external clients with expert logistics advice.
