Merchant Relation Officer (Batam) (Merchant Apps and Sales): Maintaining relationships with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps and achieving sales targets in the Batam area with an accent on merchant training, in-store promotion placement, and program socialization. Focus on supporting store staff, executing local promotions, and managing merchant activities across Batam.

Location: Batam, Batam City, Riau Islands, Indonesia

What you will do

  • Maintain relationships with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps.
  • Achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
  • Train store staff to use Merchant Apps.
  • Ensure promotional POP materials are placed in stores.
  • Socialize promotional programs with store staff.
  • Handle merchant activities across the Batam area.

Requirements

  • High school or diploma qualification in any field.
  • At least one year of relevant experience for candidates with a high school qualification.
  • Fresh graduates with a diploma are welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Own a motorcycle and hold a SIM C driving license.

Nice to have

  • Experience in leasing.
