What you will do
- Translate business strategies into structured programs and projects aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Design and optimize end-to-end global logistics processes covering planning, procurement, inventory management, and network distribution.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation and benefits realization.
- Manage project scope, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, governance, risks, and success metrics.
- Partner with logistics, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, finance, IT, data science, and analytics teams to develop scalable improvements.
- Analyze operational performance and establish measurement and monitoring mechanisms for process effectiveness and value delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, operations management, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, business process engineering, process excellence, or supply chain transformation.
- Deep expertise in logistics, supply chain, and operational process management.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation, process improvement, and large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to deliver measurable business impact through process, technology, and organizational change.
Nice to have
- PMP certification or an equivalent formal project management qualification.
