Key Account Associate - Paylater (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage and execute strategic marketing partnerships across multiple verticals.
• Collaborate with the business development team on online and offline strategies to acquire merchants.
• Lead business development initiatives from identifying collaboration opportunities through partnership strategy and execution.
• Measure partnership performance and optimize upselling processes with payment gateway and EDC partners.
• Maintain partnership trackers, manage weekly KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
• Supervise and coordinate with internal teams while managing day-to-day third-party partner relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the payment gateway or EDC industry.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, execution, and analytical skills.
• Ability to plan work against structured timelines, focus on deliverables, and work independently or collaboratively.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
