Strategic Partnerships Manager (Fintech)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; on-site. The role requires being based in Taiwan and working on-site as business needs require.

What you will do

• Build and scale strategic partnerships with insurers in Taiwan to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, pitch, negotiate, and implement high-value partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate internal teams and insurance partners to ensure disciplined execution.
• Design partnership programs and joint initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze the market, competitive positioning, and partnership KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent hirify.global in partner meetings, industry engagements, and professional forums.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnerships; insurance or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success securing and expanding high-value partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic, performance-driven environments and manage initiatives end to end.
• Based in Taiwan and able to work on-site as business needs require.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and working proficiency in English.
