What you will do
- Build and scale strategic insurer partnerships that drive revenue growth in Taiwan.
- Identify and pitch high-value initiatives aligned with partner priorities and ’s regional strategy.
- Act as the key liaison between internal teams and insurance partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Convert opportunities into scalable partnerships and commercially impactful projects.
- Contribute directly to shaping Taiwan partnership strategy and long-term market growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership roles — insurance or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in securing and expanding high-value partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions.
- Self-directed work style with the ability to operate in dynamic settings.
- Based in Taiwan and able to work on-site as business needs require.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin and working proficiency in English.
