What you will do

  • Build and scale strategic insurer partnerships that drive revenue growth in Taiwan.
  • Identify and pitch high-value initiatives aligned with partner priorities and hirify.global’s regional strategy.
  • Act as the key liaison between internal teams and insurance partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership initiatives from pitching and negotiation to implementation.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor partnership KPIs.
  • Represent hirify.global in partner meetings, industry engagements, and professional forums.

Requirements

  • Based in Taiwan and able to work on-site as business needs require.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership roles, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin and working proficiency in English.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions.
  • Self-directed work style with ability to operate in dynamic settings.
