Director of Product Management, Clinical Data & Integrations (Healthcare Data)

Location: Remote within Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Base salary: $195,000–$210,000 CAD per year, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, principles, and roadmap for incorporating clinical, laboratory, proteomic, and consumer-health data into a longitudinal health record.
• Lead discovery, prioritization, execution, and stakeholder alignment for an emerging product area.
• Develop scalable integration strategies for blood, laboratory, proteomics, wearables, sleep, activity, cardiovascular, and other connected-health data.
• Build reusable interoperability and data-exchange capabilities based on APIs, FHIR, HL7, identity resolution, normalization, provenance, consent, and data quality.
• Evaluate external data and technology partnerships based on patient value, data quality, integration complexity, scalability, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Engineering, Data, AI, Privacy, Security, Legal, and external partner teams to turn complex healthcare data into meaningful patient value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex technical, platform, data, or integration products.
• Significant experience building products involving healthcare or clinical data.
• Experience delivering integrations across multiple organizations, systems, platforms, or data providers.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data platforms, schemas, identity resolution, data quality, and integration architecture; experience with FHIR or HL7 is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate complex clinical and technical capabilities into clear patient or user value and to build reusable platform capabilities.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada at the time of hire without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with laboratory data, EHRs, diagnostics, genomics or proteomics, remote patient monitoring, wearable data, or adjacent healthcare-data modalities.
• Experience evaluating technology, data, and commercial partnerships.
