What you will do

• Champion an AI-first strategy to build tools that scale care team panel management.
• Direct a dedicated engineering squad while influencing cross-functional stakeholders across UX, Data Science, and Regulatory.
• Triage complex clinical requests and negotiate product priorities with medical experts and health system leaders.
• Consolidate diverse requirements from internal and external partners into a unified, scalable platform backlog.
• Drive the development of intuitive workflows for physicians, nurses, and health coaches.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Medicine, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
• 3+ years of experience building and scaling clinical-facing software like EHRs or Remote Patient Monitoring.
• Proven ability to influence without authority in complex matrix organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience leading AI-driven product development such as LLMs or agentic workflows.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7.
• Formal clinical background such as RN, MD, or PharmD.
• Experience deploying Clinical Decision Support (CDS) systems or AI-copilots.
