Project Manager, Content Operations (Gaming)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end localization projects, including planning, tracking, delivery, and release readiness.
• Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, schedules, status updates, trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, IP partners, developers, and other external stakeholders on scope, priorities, requirements, and deadlines.
• Manage workflows across translation, review, implementation, quality assurance, approvals, and release preparation.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, escalating issues and coordinating follow-ups to keep projects on track.
• Support scalable localization processes, templates, workflows, and broader content operations activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, project management, linguistics, translation/localization, international studies, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the IT services or gaming industry.
• Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and workflows, including Notion and Asana.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; passion for game development and emerging technologies.
