Senior Project Coordinator (Gaming)

Location: Manhattan, New York, United States; full-time, in-office position at the NYC headquarters

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate workflows across the Publishing department and synchronize projects for timely, impactful delivery.
• Track milestones and provide team leads with the detail and context needed for informed decisions.
• Maintain dynamic project trackers as the central source of truth for workflows.
• Track success metrics and document and publish project results using Confluence and other tools.
• Prioritize cross-functional requirements, identify dependencies, and manage strategic project roadmaps with delivery teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management and operations experience, preferably in entertainment, technology, and/or strategy.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Monday, JIRA, and Asana.
• Outstanding written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in highly iterative environments with rapidly shifting priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.

• Passion for the video game industry.
• Previous professional gaming experience.
