Technical Project Manager (Gaming)

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, success criteria, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost control, progress tracking, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate hardware imaging and dispatch, procurement, vendors, and the hardware and software lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end installation, configuration, system integration, site readiness, and deployment planning for S7000.
• Manage customer onboarding and rollout activities while serving as the primary contact for clients and project contributors.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations, and mentor project coordinators.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software product management and more than 3 years of hardware experience.
• Proven experience delivering multiple hardware product lines.
• Experience in vendor management and procurement.
• Analytical, data-focused, organized, and capable of managing priorities and timelines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, problem-solving, and proactive execution skills.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in Australia without current or future visa sponsorship.
