What you will do

• Coordinate studio teams and enterprise functions including Product, Commercial, and Marketing.
• Manage enterprise-level portfolio reviews, studio intake, annual roadmapping, prioritization, and operational triage.
• Support the onboarding and integration of studios, tools, technologies, platforms, and ecosystems.
• Align development partners with strategic goals and communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Develop reporting systems for production health, roadmap commitments, delivery metrics, and portfolio return on investment.
• Coordinate scalable operational processes, studio-wide guidelines, and project recovery efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in game development or digital production and 4+ years in project or program management.
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional portfolios.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience with project management tools, including Atlassian products, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States at the job posting location without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, or another relevant certification.
