What you will do
- Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, and day-to-day coordination across China Experience Marketing programs.
- Support end-to-end planning and execution for events, campaigns, and related programs in China.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, local agencies, and vendors to ensure efficient execution.
- Prepare post-event and post-campaign debriefs, summarizing performance, key learnings, and recommendations.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for China-based agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare, update, and distribute project-related decks and reporting materials for China programs and events.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project management or program coordination, preferably in gaming, esports, live events, or marketing.
- Experience working on China-market projects or coordinating with China-based teams, partners, or agencies.
- Strong understanding of China’s gaming and esports ecosystem.
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and WeCom.
- Strong written and spoken Mandarin, with business-level English for communication with global stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel domestically within China and internationally when required.
- This role is based in G’s Shanghai office and requires regular on-site collaboration.
