What you will do

• Manage timelines, milestones, and day-to-day coordination for China Experience Marketing programs.
• Support end-to-end planning and execution for events and campaigns in alignment with global priorities.
• Build and maintain project dashboards using tools like Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, and WeCom.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, local agencies, and vendors to ensure efficient delivery.
• Prepare post-event debriefs and analyze KPIs such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
• Translate global objectives into localized project plans and briefs tailored to the China market.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in gaming, esports, or live events.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China for regular on-site collaboration.
• Strong written and spoken Mandarin and business-level English.
• Deep understanding of China’s gaming and esports ecosystem and local market dynamics.
• Ability to support cross-time-zone collaboration and occasional weekend work during major events.
• Willingness to travel domestically within China and internationally.
