What you will do
- Provide mission-critical production support for proprietary trading applications.
- Deploy and configure software across a multi-platform production environment.
- Monitor systems proactively to identify and prevent operational issues.
- Support traders during live trading operations and resolve application incidents.
- Analyze trading strategies with traders and research teams.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in an application support role.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including multicast, TCP, and routing.
- Basic scripting skills with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Availability to work rotating schedules, including nights and early mornings.
Nice to have
- Experience with financial markets or financial trading applications.
- Experience with Chef or Ansible configuration management tools.
- Experience with Docker containers.
- Experience with Splunk, Kibana, Grafana, or similar monitoring suites.
