What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications from roadmap definition to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Build and deploy advanced workflow automations using LLM APIs, n8n, and cloud functions.
• Use AI coding tools daily to write, review, and orchestrate production-grade code.
• Design and implement AI agent skills and autonomous workflows with production-grade governance.
• Deploy and manage AIOps monitoring for predictive detection and automated anomaly identification.
• Lead high-stakes incident response and architectural review sessions while mentoring team members.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in technical, functional, and system support of IT applications.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered automation in production.
• Advanced proficiency in AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI.
• Strong programming skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash with expert-level Linux administration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), containerization, and AIOps/observability tools.
• Availability to participate in a 24×7 on-call rotating schedule.
