TL;DR

What you will do
- Advise senior leadership on U.S. regulatory matters and related business objectives.
- Provide guidance on export controls and U.S. trade controls.
- Identify and mitigate regulatory risks affecting cross-border capital flows and semiconductor operations.
- Monitor and navigate emerging frameworks, including the Outbound Investment Rule and Connected Vehicle Rule.
- Work with global teams and U.S. regulators.
- Manage multiple regulatory priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- JD and active U.S. bar license required.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in EAR, ITAR, and OFAC.
- Familiarity with CFIUS, U.S. government contracting regulations, outbound investment rules, and connected vehicle rules.
- Experience working with global teams and U.S. regulators.
- Strong business acumen and a collaborative mindset.
