Fullstack Engineer (Python/React)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Build and ship customer-facing features end-to-end across Django backend and React/TypeScript web applications.
• Design schemas and REST/JSON APIs, develop user interfaces, write automated tests, and manage feature rollouts.
• Collaborate with product, design, data science, analytics, and engineering partners to scope work and shape requirements.
• Improve service reliability through instrumentation, monitoring, CI/CD automation, and production support.
• Contribute to deployment and operations tooling, using Unix and scripting tools to troubleshoot systems and automate routine work.
• Review code, participate in technical design discussions, join the on-call rotation, and contribute to incident follow-ups and postmortems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional fullstack engineering experience delivering production applications.
• Professional experience with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript.
• Fluency with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD, including troubleshooting failed builds and deployments.
• Experience supporting cloud-hosted production services, preferably AWS, and using Unix/Linux plus scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Experience with configuration management and HashiCorp tooling such as Terraform, Consul, Nomad, or Vault.
• Working knowledge of HTTP, DNS, load balancing, CDNs, reverse proxies, service observability, and on-call production support.

Nice to have

• Deeper experience with AWS, containers, orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, or configuration-management tooling.
• Experience with marketplace, two-sided, or proptech products, or Node services.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
