Salary: $145,000 – $175,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Collaborate with product and design teams to design medium to large projects, balancing UX and technical quality.
• Operate independently to build new features and capabilities across the full stack.
• Improve codebase quality and tooling through proactive fixes and architectural proposals.
• Handle operational activities, including on-call support, monitoring, and production maintenance.
• Contribute across the stack, including frontend, infrastructure, and AWS services.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional fullstack software development experience.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New York City metro area.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Ability to participate in on-call support and travel up to 4 weeks per year for retreats.

Nice to have

• Production-grade experience with Python and React.
• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS services, and OpenAI APIs.
• Background working in startups, high-growth environments, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience within the health technology sector.
