Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Salary: $128,700–$153,400 per year

What you will do

• Maintain, improve, and modernize the QMARS online case management system supporting the CMS BFCC QIO program.
• Own technical design, development, maintenance, and operational responsibilities for one or more projects or products.
• Research technologies, create proofs of concept, and introduce suitable solutions.
• Apply fullstack engineering practices across Python, React or Angular, and TypeScript.
• Mentor engineers and encourage participation in technical and team processes.
• Support service design and product-thinking approaches that reduce provider burden and healthcare delivery costs.

Requirements

• Senior-level fullstack engineering experience with previous supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience with Python, React or Angular, and TypeScript.
• Broad AI experience.
• US citizenship or a Green Card is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.
• US residency for at least the past three years is required.
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang, GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform, or Pega.
