HRIS Analyst II (Workday): Supporting and enhancing Workday HCM configuration for HR operations, compensation, talent, performance, and reporting with an accent on business process workflows, calculated fields, and data integrations. Focus on creating and modifying reports, processing EIB loads, configuring eligibility and validation rules, and translating business requirements into system solutions.

What you will do
- Support HR Operations with Workday system inquiries and provide how-to guidance to business users.
- Handle business-as-usual requests, including creating and modifying reports, scheduling reports, and creating supervisory organizations, cost centers, and locations.
- Process, load, and validate EIB data.
- Understand and configure Workday business process workflows.
- Maintain compensation structures, including job profiles, compensation plans, merit, bonus, and stock plans.
- Support talent and performance processes, including performance templates, talent cards, and NBox reporting.
Requirements
- Workday configuration experience is required.
- At least two years of experience with Workday HCM; Workday Pro certification is an advantage.
- Ability to create and modify reports, calculated fields, eligibility rules, and validation rules.
- Familiarity with annual review, talent, and performance processes.
- Ability to understand the Workday ecosystem, work with minimal supervision, and confidently gather business requirements.
- Advanced English speaking competency.
