TL;DR

HRIS Analyst II (Workday): Support configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday HR system with an accent on HR operations, reporting, compensation, and talent modules. Focus on handling BAU requests, business process workflows, EIB processing, and requirements gathering from business users.

Location: Manila, PH (onsite, full time)

What you will do

  • Handle BAU requests including report creation/modification/scheduling, organization setup, EIB processing, and provide guidance to business users.
  • Configure and support business processes, compensation (job profiles, plans, merit/bonus/stock), and talent/performance modules (templates, cards, Nbox reporting).
  • Build and modify Workday reports, calculated fields, eligibility/validation rules based on business needs.
  • Gather requirements by collaborating with business stakeholders on HR system enhancements.
  • Serve as primary support for HR Operations system inquiries.

Requirements

  • Workday Configuration experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years in Workday HCM (Pro certification advantage).
  • Ability to create/modify reports, calculated fields, eligibility/validation rules.
  • Familiarity with annual review process, talent/performance modules, and Workday ecosystem.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and present confidently.
  • Advanced competency in spoken English.
