Senior Field Clinical Coordinator- Galafold and Pom/Op, West (Biotechnology)

Location: Working from home; should reside in California near a major airport. San Rafael and Novato, California, United States. Requires a minimum of 50% field travel to patient homes, infusion sites, clinics, and company meetings.

What you will do

• Provide product education and logistical assistance to patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and site-of-care staff.
• Move patient cases from referral through specialty pharmacy, wholesaler, or clinic shipment to therapy initiation.
• Coordinate patient access, benefits education, prior authorization steps, financial support, and resources.
• Secure written or electronic HIPAA consent and support adherence and ongoing therapy compliance.
• Coordinate nursing support for home infusion and resolve access challenges with providers, patients, and internal partners.
• Report adverse events and product complaints and contribute to regional and national training and best-practice initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of pharmaceutical experience as a patient educator.
• Education as an allied healthcare professional, preferably BSN or an advanced practitioner qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation, and motivational interviewing skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners; prior sales experience is desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, successful background check, and willingness to travel approximately 50% are required.
