Clinical Educator Rare Blood Disorders/Oncology (Midwest)

Location: US (Remote); travel up to 60% within the assigned territory, with occasional additional travel, weekends, and evenings.

What you will do

• Educate healthcare providers and office staff on disease states, products, procurement, administration, and patient support services using approved resources.
• Deliver branded and unbranded live and virtual education programs for patients with ITP, aTTP, and multiple myeloma.
• Identify and communicate treatment access barriers to prescribers and office staff.
• Collaborate with case managers and field-based teams to support patient access, enrollment, therapy starts, and adherence.
• Develop account plans, manage territory activities in the CRM, and document patient engagements accurately and on time.
• Represent hirify.global at local patient events and support rare blood disorder and oncology communities.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and a nursing or clinical background.
• At least 3 years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a field educator role, pharmaceutical sales, clinical education, hospital, or home health.
• Strong presentation, organizational, active listening, and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate multiple complex platforms.
• English is required; the role is based remotely in the US.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, completion of fleet safety training, and ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements.

Nice to have

• Rare disease, hematology/oncology, or apheresis experience.
• Prior pharmaceutical product launch experience.
• Advanced degree.
• Bilingual Spanish capability.
