What you will do

• Provide enterprise guidance on system-modelling frameworks, languages, methods, and tools.
• Develop modelling guides, work instructions, training materials, tool guides, and configurations.
• Deliver demonstrations and training to support adoption and build system-modelling capability.
• Integrate system modelling into the systems-engineering lifecycle and connect modelling tools with other engineering tools.
• Automate functionality that improves modelling quality, productivity, and document generation.
• Support capability roadmaps, bid responses, external presentations, multidisciplinary modelling, and the Australian Digital Engineering Environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or an equivalent Washington Accord qualification.
• Professional Engineer with more than five years of systems-engineering experience, preferably across the complete lifecycle.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SysML and corresponding modelling tools; Cameo/No Magic experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAF, NAF, and DODAF architectural frameworks, plus experience creating digital models and simulations.
• Strong configuration-management and engineering-change experience in system modelling.
• Programming and scripting expertise with Python and JavaScript, along with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Must hold and maintain an active Australian Government NV1 Defence Security Clearance or higher.

• CPEng or registered Professional Engineer recognition.
