What you will do
- Develop and maintain an integrated programme supply chain aligned with delivery requirements.
- Build and manage relationships with Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and SME suppliers.
- Identify capability gaps and develop sourcing strategies to address them.
- Lead supplier onboarding and mobilisation in coordination with security, commercial, and operational teams.
- Organise supplier forums and collaboration activities across delivery partners.
- Monitor supplier KPIs, support audits and contract reviews, and implement corrective action and continuous improvement plans.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier management.
- Experience mobilising suppliers and managing supplier relationships and performance across multiple organisations.
- Experience in highly regulated or security-sensitive industries such as nuclear, defence, or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of procurement planning, supplier governance, and NEC4 contracts.
- Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent professional experience in supply chain management, procurement, engineering, commercial management, or business management.
- Ability to work in complex environments where quality, compliance, and delivery are critical.
