Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Specialist

Location: Hybrid work from offices in Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Opole, Poznań, Warszawa, or Wrocław, Poland. Hybrid work is available after onboarding, combining office work with working from home.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with strategic and preferred suppliers and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coordinate supplier governance activities, including business reviews, performance meetings, and executive reporting.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and scorecards, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective action plans.
• Support supplier segmentation and portfolio management by analyzing supplier, market, and spend data.
• Coordinate supplier risk assessments and due diligence with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Privacy teams.
• Provide supplier insights and market intelligence for category strategies, sourcing decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Category Management.
• Experience managing strategic suppliers in a global and complex business environment.
• Knowledge of supplier governance, performance management, segmentation, SRM best practices, risk management, due diligence, and mitigation planning.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, influencing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and procurement or SRM platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, or Jaggaer.
