Logistics Manager (Procurement) Ukraine (Procurement and Supply Chain): Leading procurement operations across NRC Ukraine, including international purchasing, supplier management, procurement planning, and compliance in a complex humanitarian environment with an accent on transparent, efficient, and risk-controlled processes. Focus on strengthening decentralized procurement systems, mentoring teams, coordinating international deliveries, and maintaining audit-ready controls across multiple offices.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine, with the possibility of being hosted from other NRC Ukraine offices. Travel up to 30%.
Salary/benefits: Grade 9 on NRC's grading structure.

What you will do
- Lead and oversee procurement processes across the country and area offices in line with NRC policies, procedures, donor requirements, and Ukrainian regulations.
- Manage, mentor, and build the capacity of procurement staff across the operation.
- Lead international procurement and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents.
- Oversee supplier due diligence, performance management, contracts, databases, and framework agreements.
- Lead procurement planning, market analysis, supply-chain reviews, performance reporting, and KPI monitoring.
- Strengthen procurement controls, segregation of duties, anti-corruption measures, documentation, and audit trails while coordinating with programme, grants, logistics, risk, and compliance teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a senior Logistics, Supply Chain, or Procurement Manager.
- University degree or professional qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership, team-management, mentoring, and capacity-building experience.
- Experience working in complex and volatile environments, preferably in humanitarian, recovery, or international operations.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and international purchasing, including decentralized procurement across multiple offices.
- Legal eligibility to work in Ukraine is required; work permits and visa sponsorship are not available.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian, written and spoken, is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale operations and high-value international procurement from diverse countries.
- Knowledge of the Ukraine operational context.
