Finance Compliance and Transformation Manager

Location: Arlington, Texas, United States. This is an onsite role in a professional office environment. Only U.S. citizens are eligible due to U.S. Government contract requirements. The position also requires eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes, technology, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with customer RFPs, FAR/DFARS, CAS, and internal policies for proposals and pricing.
• Guide teams in regulatory interpretation and develop compliant proposal responses.
• Support audits and prepare compliance documentation.
• Improve forecasting, cost estimating, rate development, budgeting, FP&A, and pricing submissions.
• Identify training needs and refine compliance tools, best practices, and processes.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive professional experience, including substantial financial management experience.
• Experience in rapid-growth technology markets, particularly the U.S. defense industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; an MBA is desirable.
• Comprehensive understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
• Broad financial experience covering rate development, budgeting, FP&A, and program finance.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance are required.
