Product Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Perform lot disposition and deep-dive data analysis for Final Test excursions, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Review SYL and SBL triggers, optimize limits, and reduce false alarms and unnecessary retests.
• Investigate lot-on-hold events, validate root causes, track actions to closure, and verify effectiveness through yield and parametric monitoring.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering, Operations, OSAT, Quality, FAB, Assembly, Failure Analysis, and Reliability teams to resolve production and customer-related issues.
• Support customer audits and return investigations.
• Improve test time, productivity, Final Test stability, and sustained performance in line with quality requirements and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, or Yield Engineering.
• Familiarity with ATE, including TMT, ETS, or Teradyne.
• Advanced analytics skills using JMP or Minitab.
• Experience with DOE, FMEA, 8D, fishbone analysis, test platform conversion, and correlation.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site problem solving and executing structural improvements.
• Familiarity with automotive quality requirements, power SiC, or GaN.
