Industrial Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the manufacturing facility in Denton, Texas, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship now or in the future; international relocation to the United States is not supported.

What you will do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance initiatives, including schedules, procedures, and checklists.
• Coordinate installation, repair, upgrades, and modifications of equipment and systems.
• Analyze equipment performance data, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and recommend upgrades.
• Maintain equipment histories and accurate records; source spare parts, tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Train and mentor staff and support the Autonomous Maintenance program while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar industrial or manufacturing role.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, preventive and predictive maintenance, RCM, FMEA, and RCA.
• Strong knowledge of automation, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience diagnosing complex equipment issues, analyzing problems, making decisions under pressure, and working with CMMS software.
• Full-time authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship is required.

• Experience with Siemens PLC platforms.
