What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and control equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure zero production interruption.
• Operate and maintain steam, refrigeration, and wastewater systems.
• Manage work orders, inventory, and requisitions within the CMMS and SAP systems.
• Fabricate components and tools to support engineering projects.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain output and safety standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience working in a food manufacturing or GMP environment.
• Proficiency with pumps, gearboxes, and steam traps.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work a M-F shift with occasional Saturdays.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment like forklifts.

Nice to have

• Blue or Black Seal Boiler License.
• Experience with electrical systems, motors, drives, and PLCs.
• Stainless steel and sanitary welding skills.
