Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Manitowoc, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, 3rd shift, Monday–Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Salary: $32.00–$38.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium. Regular overtime is available.

What you will do

• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and automated systems.
• Diagnose robotic arms, CNC equipment, vision systems, and related production technologies.
• Fabricate and repair custom fixtures and tooling for manufacturing operations.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, lighting, boilers, and compressed air.
• Respond to facilities maintenance requests in office and non-manufacturing areas.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Functional knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial automation.
• Experience with robotic systems and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems, basic computer skills, and basic welding, machining, and fabrication.
• Ability to perform physical labor, work at heights and in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
