Organic and Medicinal Chemistry Intern (Organic Synthesis)

What you will do

• Prepare novel pharmaceutically active molecules through organic synthesis, with a focus on CNS research.
• Characterize synthesized molecules and interpret analytical data.
• Document and evaluate laboratory experiments.
• Support medicinal chemistry efforts to discover, synthesize, and advance medicines.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in a chemistry degree program at a university in 2027, preferably at master's level.
• Have demonstrated knowledge of organic synthesis.
• Have a good command of written and spoken English.
• Be available for a 6-month internship or longer in 2027.

Nice to have

• Previous industrial or academic experience in a synthesis laboratory.
• Interest in synthetic chemistry and drug discovery.
