TL;DR

Internship Analytical Development (Biotech) (ELISA/Gyrolab/qPCR): Executing laboratory experiments and supporting analytical method development for mammalian products with an accent on process analytics, equipment qualification, and workflow optimization. Focus on maintaining precise laboratory operations, contributing to process improvements, and leading improvement and innovation projects.

Location: Visp, Switzerland; fully site-based

What you will do

Execute experimental laboratory work using ELISA, Gyrolab, and qPCR according to defined schedules and expectations.
Collaborate with scientists and laboratory technicians to support successful project outcomes.
Evaluate, maintain, and qualify laboratory equipment, and prepare or update equipment work instructions.
Support process improvements and workflow optimization within the Analytical Development Mammalian group.
Support training activities and maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient laboratory environment.

Requirements

BSc or MSc in biology, biochemistry, or a similar field.
Good knowledge of English required.
Strong organization and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in person at the Visp site.
