Senior Manager, Realty Project Management - DS

Location: Onsite at 851 Ann St, Montgomery, Alabama, United States

Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead multiple realty execution projects, managing scope, timelines, deliverables, and Store Project Leads.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to support cost-effective sourcing, material delivery, and installation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, implement project initiatives, and take corrective action when needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to review modular plans and design changes.
• Oversee schedules, communicate project impacts, and align execution with corporate and operational requirements.
• Supervise associates and vendors while monitoring construction issues, warranty matters, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Strong coordination, vendor management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop associates and resolve project and construction issues.
• Ability to align project initiatives with corporate strategies and operational requirements.
