Senior Manager, Operations (Critical Response)

Location: Walmart Bentonville Home Office, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Act as the key liaison between Last Mile Delivery and the Global Security Operations Center.
• Lead critical safety and security incident response strategies and coordinate rapid operational responses.
• Oversee managers and a 24/7 on-call structure to maintain coverage and operational continuity.
• Monitor external threats and coordinate proactive responses to disruptions affecting delivery operations.
• Partner with Strategy, Product, and Engineering on operational enhancements.
• Brief senior leadership on incidents, emerging risks, response activities, and business impacts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in incident response, operations, risk management, asset protection, security, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex operational strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, and incident tracking systems.

Nice to have

• Experience leading cross-functional task forces or projects.
• Master’s degree in Operations Management.
• Project Management Professional certification.
