(USA) Realty Project Coach

Location: Lees Summit, Missouri, United States; based at a home store with frequent travel across surrounding states and farther across the US

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual salary, plus potential performance bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver assigned projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate project plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders while minimizing disruption to store operations.
• Partner with store leadership and team leads to supervise hourly associates and resolve escalations involving store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Hire, train, mentor, evaluate, and recognize associates while supporting their development and career paths.
• Implement business solutions, monitor progress, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt to changing operational demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours.
• Ability to travel frequently, including being away from home approximately 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time, with travel of up to 1,000 miles from home.
• Completion of all required training and assessments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
