Location: West of Singapore; onsite warehouse role with a 5.5-day work week

What you will do

• Maintain accurate records for inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Execute, release, and coordinate outbound orders in the Warehouse Management System.
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, goods received notes, and invoices.
• Coordinate warehouse administration and customer service activities.
• Support continuous improvement and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and HSSE-compliant work environment.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in warehouse operations and administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and operational requirements.
• Customer-focused, reliable, diligent, and team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work onsite in the west of Singapore on a 5.5-day work week.
