Warehouse Supervisor I- Ambient/Cooler or Freezer (Food & Beverage)

Location: Onsite in Clifton, New Jersey, United States; shift starts at 3AM EST

Compensation: $24.50–$28 per hour, plus potential discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits

What you will do

• Manage receiving, warehousing, shipping, delivery, and distribution operations.
• Coordinate warehouse staffing, schedules, assignments, and operational procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics to improve quality, workflow efficiency, and operating costs.
• Control inventory through physical counts and reconciliation with warehouse data systems.
• Maintain warehouse layouts, equipment, security procedures, and repair or replacement requests.
• Prepare budgets, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to meet financial objectives.

Requirements

• Five years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Food and beverage industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Clifton, New Jersey, starting at 3AM EST.
