Equipment Operator (Warehouse)

Location: Onsite at the Dallas warehouse, 1305 East Cleveland Road, Hutchins, TX 75141, USA. Night shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM.

Salary: $21.50 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour night-shift premium.

What you will do

• Operate cherry pickers, reach trucks, high-level pickers, and other powered material-handling equipment.
• Use an RF scanner to select orders, put away products, and complete system-directed transactions.
• Retrieve, pick, stage, and move merchandise accurately within assigned areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through correct product movements and RF transactions.
• Protect merchandise from rack to dock by handling and packaging products damage-free.
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently according to company standards.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 150 pounds with or without accommodations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience operating an order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, sit-down tow motor, or rider pallet jack.
• Ability to operate equipment at heights of up to 35 feet.
• Working knowledge of computer programs and warehouse work practices.
• Understanding of order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving procedures.
