Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, at the Cincinnati, Ohio facility; onsite role

hirify.global develops and manufactures jet propulsion systems for unmanned aerial defense using additive manufacturing, with production exclusively in the USA.

What you will do

• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, including packing, labeling, tracking, and shipment coordination.
• Coordinate shipments with UPS, freight providers, and other logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate records for parts, inventory, drawings, shipment documentation, work orders, and receiving requirements.
• Inspect received materials against purchase orders and documentation, and perform final visual inspections during packing.
• Stage materials and jobs for production schedules while maintaining organized shipping areas, inventory locations, and supplies.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely, support inventory activities, improve shipping processes, and follow EHS requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating shipments and maintaining inventory records.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Experience operating pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment.
